Who can Join:
Any person ages 6-15 may register and audition to be a part of our 2015 production of Beauty and the Beast Jr.
Auditions:
Auditions are on May 1st and 2nd, please contact us for a time slot.
Participation Fee:
There is a fee of $25 to participate in the musical. There is a family deal of $40 for two or more children. Participation fees are used to pay for rental fees, royalties, costumes, scenery, props, music equipment, theater rental fees etc. Everyone is a volunteer. No one at CCCMT is paid. Participation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE!
Volunteer Opportunities:
CCCMT is completely volunteer run. We NEED volunteers to make this production a success. Please CONTACT US if you would be willing to volunteer.
Everyone is a VOLUNTEER:
Not one person in CCCMT is paid, they are all volunteers, who volunteer many hours and their talents. Please be respectful of every volunteer. We will not tolerate students or parents being disrespectful to our volunteers. This is cause for immediate removal from the show. If you have an issue, please contact us.
Rehearsal Schedule:
The camp will take place on May 18th - 21st and 26th - 29th at 5:00pm - 7:00pm and on May 30th at 9:00am - 12:00am
Backstage Help:If you would be interested in helping backstage as a part of our stage crew, stage manager, lighting and sound, etc. please CONTACT US. You must be 12 or older to be on the stage crew or by special permission.
2015 Beauty and the Beast Performance:The performance will be held on May 30th.
Reasons for not being allowed to be a part of CCCMT : Disrespect to volunteers. We do not turn children away for lack of experience, but we will NOT tolerate disrespect from students or their parents to any of our volunteers.

Participation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE! The fees are due before you come and get your script. Come get your script at 3635 Alpine Dr. Santa Clara, any time on May 5th or 6th.

Donations
To pay for rental fees, royalties, costumes, scenery, props, music equipment, theater rental fees, scripts, etc. we thankfully accept donations.
